Hops and Herbs Baler
In the meantime almost all hop-producing countries of this earth and many herbal producers use our hop baler.
The extremely robust design guarantees packages under heavy conditions up to 90 kg. The bale size is 60 x 60 cm and a maximum of 120 cm in height. The drive is provided by a helical geared motor with a rated power of 5.5 kW and engine brake.
The programs, as well as the settings via a Siemens PLC travel pulse programmable logic controller. This ensures that all part pressures, possible from 1-9 per bale are always pressed in the same density. The press setting is done via a touch screen operation. Different languages are available for the user. The press channel is extended and widened at the top and 2 press molds are moved manually or optionally automatically. The locking device is manual in series and can optionally also be pneumatic.
In the bale weight determination we differentiate 2 variants of press types:
Type 2000: The weight is adjusted via a height-adjustable level indicator directly on the filling view window. The higher the detector is set, the more filling enters the compression channel and the heavier the bale, or less batches are required per bale to achieve the desired weight.
Type 3000: The weight is adjusted via an integrated weighing device from Siemens. The desired bale weight, as well as the number of pressing strokes are stored.
The verifiable scale weighs 100 g of product exactly.
Double baler with reversible belt: Two balers are continously filled alternately. No idling. Double the number ob bales in the same time!
